ACE Lippert jack problem

Hope somebody out there can help. Returned home from a trip recently, found the jacks partially extended. Retracted fine, then winterized and when I extended the four jacks, they proceeded to fully extend to max and I cannot get them to retract. The coach has all four wheels completely off the ground now. Any suggestions? Thanks!

It might be as simple as resetting the system. To be certain, you should call Lippert support. They have a fabulous customer support. I dont have the number sorry. I do think you can look it up online tho. On my system when this happened some time ago they told me to hold all four of the arrow buttons for about 5 seconds until the system flashed. Mine have not had that problem since. Since I dont know of you have the same system, a call to Lippert would be best.

Lippert support

Recently had lift problems. Lippert tech was outstanding in diagnosing problem. Agree with Debster.

Just a thought, but have you tried releasing the emergency brake? Mine come up when the brake's released no matter what. Or they have so far.

I've got a PDF version of the manual if that'd help. PM me an email addy if you need it.

EdInArk, that did the trick! Did you find any deeper issue with the system after they retracted by simply releasing the e-brake?

No. Ours are sort of cantankerous about coming on sometimes. I've had them checked and they find nothing wrong. I can get them to come on by trying two or three times, so I suppose that'll work right up until it doesn't Then I'll get them fixed.

I'm glad just releasing the brake worked for you.
