Air Conditioner units on Palazzo's

One of my two Air Conditioner Units is not as cold. What are the primary preventative maintenance steps I should be doing to ensure my units work?

First, measure the difference in output air vs. intake air after 15mins of running on high fan and cool. It should be bare minimum of 15*F. 20*F is preferred.

Then we go from there. Coils and filters need to be cleaned periodically.
If temp is not up to spec, then we check amp draw as well.

Air Conditioner Units on Palazzo

Ok, there is not a lot written on how to get these covers off to clean the coils and filters. Are you able to provide easy steps on how to take cover off?

Just a suggestion, there is a Palazzo section that is monitored by a ton of Palazzo owners and you would get more responses if you posted you questions there.
