Battery charging

anyone having trouble with the batteries not charging, I am having a problem with the charging of the coach and chassis batteries when plugged into shore power

Start with the basics. Are the batteries full of water? What is battery voltage when not plugged in? What is voltage when coach is plugged in?

While plugged in, voltage should be 13.6-14.4 or so depending on which charger you have. If your voltage is in that range and they don't charge over a 12 hour period, I'd take them out and be load tested. Good luck
