Install one directly on the positive battery post. That will shut everything off.

You've already got a battery disconnect switch.
Thor has it labeled "Use/Store".
In the Store position, there should be no current draw from the batteries.
However, you will be unable to charge the batteries through the converter when on shore power.

If you still want to install an additional battery cutout switch, there is a ton of room under there. The challenge will be to make it easily accessible. You might decide to put it on the negative battery cable. There are fewer wires on the negative side and it is just as effective.
