Cable tv

It's me again! Camping this week, and decided to test the cable television hookup. Didn't work. We have a 2016 37 KT Challenger, and had a satellite system added after purchase. Satellite works great, air antenna as well. I have tried to trace the problem, but as you probably know, access to these areas is a challenge (no pun intended). I cannot find any obvious connection for the cable. Any help appreciated.

Did you turn off the antenna amp? Should have light switch size plate somewhere around LR TV with led and small pushbutton switch. Light on - OTA light off - cable. If yes good chance problem created during sat install. Get sat installer to fix.

I had the same problem with no cable.
I put it on my warranty list to have it checked next time I took it for repairs.
Camping World checked it and found that the connection too the back of the outside exterior plug was not crimped correct.
re-crimped it and now works fine.
