In the quest to find the right floorplan, we realize that often we like some pieces from different models within a manufacturer. In this case, we love a Challenger floorplan, but would like to get some furniture, like the L couch, from the Tuscany line. Does anyone have any experience trying to order a coach with changes? In researching, we have found that Tiffin, our runner up floorplan, will let you order some changes in furniture and colors (in and out) if they are easy to implement. We're hoping Thor does the same!

I'm 99.9% sure the answer is "No". They are production line vehicles.
Perhaps your dealer would be willing to retro fit to your liking (or an aftermarket coach modifier). But you would be stuck with the "stock" furniture.

Yea I'm going to have to agree with MuckSavage, Unless you get into the high end coaches like a Provost you are probably stuck with what they put in there with the exception of your color and décor choices.

I agree with what was stated above. The only changes would be what is shown as an option for that model coach. But you may be able to convince your dealer that the only way you would purchase the MH is with them (the dealer) to make the changes at the dealership before you take delivery.

Tiffin will allow you to make changes even on their "entry level" coach. There is really no such thing as a "line coach" at Tiffin. All 3 of the diesel lines and their gas lines offer the L shaped couch. You can mix and match between the lines too.

we asked thor to put in 6 gauge wires from the roof to the battery compartment for future solar panel install... they refused. It would of been an easy buck and a nice trial run for them... oh well.
