Challenger 37TB OCCC

We like the 37TB floor plan, but the yellow label on the 2016 unit we looked at says, "The combined weight of occupants and cargo should never exceed: 809 kg or 1784 lbs."
That seems pretty low to me. Is this typical of other 37TBs?
This is the main thing holding me back. We'll usually have 7 passengers and plan to dinghy tow a 4500 lb vehicle.
Or am I overthinking it?
Thanks.

OCCC does not include any of the trailer weight...except the weight riding on the hitch ball.
Weighing Glossary

OCCC + UVW + full propane tank = GVWR or the load that can be carried upon the RV's tires...22,000lb for all current Challengers
https://thormotorcoach.com/challenger/specs/

The trailer is part of GCWR or the total mass that can be pulled and stopped by the RV's driveline or 26,000lb for all current Challengers.

So...start at 26,000lb max GCWR...subtract the 4,500lb car = 21,500lb. available of the 22,000lb GVWR.
21,500lb available vehicle weight means the trailer is "using" 500lb of the OCCC.
So your 7 pax need to weigh-in with their stuff at 183lb each -average.

Does that work?
Safe travels

Gross vehicle weight rating is 22k, Gross combined weight rating is 26k. With you 4500 pound toad you will have to subtract 500 pounds from your OCCC of 1784 so that will leave you 1284 for all your passengers and their stuff plus food and any other cargo. That is I
The down side to the 22K chassis. You may want to look at Georgetown XL, with the 24k GVWR and a 30K GCWR.

Thanks for the explanations, but what I'm looking for is whether ~1800 lbs OCCC is typical of other 37TBs (?)
Any Challenger 37TB owners willing to share their OCCC?

Just looked at our label it is on a 2015 37TB - 2123.

I normally carry about 25 gals of water (fresh/grey/black). Also, I flat tow and figure about 5 pounds of occupants.

Hope that helps

I would think that most will be very close in basic empty weight, there may be a small difference base on what options are on each coach. I would think that most will come in around 20k empty giving somewhere around 2k for OCCC.

Sorry I meant "Also, I flat tow and figure about 500 pounds of occupants". That leaves about 1250 lbs of stuff.
