Challenger Windshield Wiper failure

We have a 2015 Thor Challenger 37KT and the wipers first locked up in a rain storm on the interstate. we were finally able to get them back to park position. When we turned the wipers on the next time the passenger side wiper did a total rotation and rested against the base of the drivers side wiper. We contacted a service center and they contacted Thor which refused to make the repair. Only agreed to check the torc on the nut that holds the wipers in place. (which is the recall according to Thor). As a result of the over rotation and slop in the system, most of the arms are bent and need to be replaced.

Question: Does anyone know the name and contact information of the company that manufactured the wiper system?
We would appreciate any help.

Thor has twice sent me whole new wiper assemblies, and I see on this forum that they have sent them to others too. But there is also a movement afoot to get the feds to expand the recall. Call the guy at the feds and talk to him. His name and number have been posted several times. I think his name is Larry something, Long maybe. Until then use Rain X. It works pretty well and you will be able to drive through rain.

Read from the bottom up. This was the email chain to Thor from last week. BTW- I have a 2016 Outlaw with the same issue...over rotation of passenger blade locking the entire system.

Yes there are further instructions that have been updated, all Thor dealers can access this on line through their portal from Thor.

Are there further instructions for the recall beyond tightening the acorn nut on the wiper arm that address the issue I’m having? Would a dealership have those instructions (if they exist)?

Yes the Outlaw is covered by the wiper recall. Please keep your appointment. If the dealer has any questions they may contact me.

I wanted to find out if you heard anything regarding the information I forwarded to you. I have an appointment this weekend to have the coach inspected and cannot do so until I have a working wiper system.

Please get back to me as soon as possible, thanks.

Noble, or anyone who goes in for service or otherwise finds out. Please let us know what these further instructions are. Thanks.

Just got back from the dealership yesterday. Thor sent the entire assembly...motor, mechanism, arms, blades, hoses. Bolt on replacement...took them about an hour. It was different from the one they took off. Definitely more substantial.

I don't think they are messing with repair. I think they're going straight to replacement.
