Changing center

We have a 2016 Challenger 37 KT. Charging center in bedroom not working. Thor sent a replacement, still doesn't work. I checked the power to the site, checked at 12 volts. Suggestions?

Define "doesn't work" better.

IF it is a 12 V to USB charger get something like this:

Robot Check

That lets you monitor the current and voltage going to the load you are charging. Power converters all have a current limit. Some just die if overloaded, some shut down. Either way it is a good bet that you are overloading something if it keeps failing.

We have a 2016 Challenger 37lx that had the same problem. I found the red and black wires to the USB ports were wired backwards. After switching the wires the ports work fine.

Yep - just had the factory service in Elkhart fix mine. The wires were backward as Janniemac described.
