I just put in four new house batteries and now the chassis batteries won't charge. its a 2008 Mandalay Presidio and it's got to be a fuse/link or ? Any ideas?

Welcome to iRV2.

I'm not sure about your charging system , but on my coach ( BIRD, multi battery bank, charging control) will not interconnect the chassis and coach batteries for charging, from the converter/charger, until the coach batteries are fully charged ( over 13.2v for two mins)so your system may be prioritizing the coach batteries, until they are fully charged; and that could take a day.
