Door handle/mechanism loose

Hey all,

We have the newer, larger style entry door handle on our new coach, and it’s loose. At PDI I had the tech tighten the 3 screws but had to back them off a bit because it caused binding. Now, the entire handle assemble moves every time we use it. Maybe related/unrelated, but the screen door has started sticking too.

Any thoughts on how to tighten it up and keep it from moving around and ruining my full body paint?

The screws need to be tight. If they cause binding when tight you need to determine why and correct that situation. There might be some type of foreign body between the mating surfaces that causes the binding. The door or the lock could be warped or racked causing the binding. There could be any number of things going on, so troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair.
