Drop down bunk 2016 Outlaw Class A

The tracks are buggered up pretty bad causing it to slip and become misaligned

I contacted Lippert and was told I would have to purchase the whole kit and can't just get new tracks.

Wondering how difficult this job might be. Has anyone attempted this?
