Electric queen bed above seats

I have a 2012 Thor Hurricane, my retractable queen bed above the driver seats has eaten a gear on one side. I have absolutely no documentation on this system and was carefully able to disassemble the failing side. I can take the motor out, but without docs, I hesitate to try to take the gear assembly out. Has anyone done this? On Monday I will call Thor tech department...but in the mean time, there is a bed where the driver normally sits. Any thoughts?

Here's a link to the bed lift mechanism used by Thor.

Here's a discussion about the bed system, many broken links, but perhaps still some good information.

close but no cigar

Mine is different than what you sent. Clearly it is a schwintek, but the tracks are different. Hate to drill out the rivets until I see what replacement parts are available.

progress

By supporting the table with a prop, i was able to remove the gear block. rivets do not need to come apart. I will take pictures of the progress. This is a questionable design and not very robust. I will order several replacement gears for stock on Monday. Thanks for your assistance.
