Firefly / Won't Communicate with Inverter

I've got a 2018 Tuscany 40RT.

Firefly system worked great for 5 months and 8,000 miles. On recent trip home from factory to Oklahoma, we dropped out inverter power to interior 120V outlets.

After doing 'soft reset' of inverter, we have 120V back at outlets. However, the Firefly does not communicate with inverter. See below.

I checked Magnum RVC Bridge. It is not getting power from the orange communication bus cable. I checked the 2 power leads (per Magnum), and found no voltage on leads 3, 4. Where in the heck do I find the problem?

Called Thor warranty support. They want me to take to a dealer. I hate that idea. I should be able to fix this problem. One idea they mentioned is that the RV-C cables might have a loose wire, or one connector is mis-wired (I doubt this since it worked fine till now). I'm going to check them tonight.

Any ideas from you with experience on these multiplex systems?

I had a one time issue where the wirefly system would not communicate with my slides. After speaking with wirefly, I disconnected 12V power to the coach for 60 seconds. When powered back up, everything worked and has not re-occurred in over a year.

Well, I figured out the problem.

It came down to cheezy connectors in the inverter compartment. After only a few months in service, it looks like these cheap network connectors got enough corrosion to fail. I got it to work by swapping around the connectors in the RV-C Common junction shown in picture.

It's up! But...I need to figure out how to improve these connections.

If I might offer a quick suggestion.... Di-electric grease on ALL connectors!!
It is obvious that all the manufacturers utilize the lowest priced , base metal, connectors and failure is inevitable.
