Four Winds Hurricane leaky air conditioner

I have an '07 Hurricane 31H that just started leaking water into the livingroom from the front air conditioner. Dealer said it was loose, and re-affixed/tightened all bolts. 1.5 hrs after hooking it all back up at camp it started again. Took it back to the dealer. He said coils were dirty, cleaned them, and 1.5 hrs after hooking back up at camp it leaks again. Dealer said gasket was OK and can't figure it out. Any help reallly appreciated. Thanks

Ricka, welcome to iRV2. Sorry to hear you are having problems. There is a drain hole from the pan under the evaporator to drain the water out side. You need to be sure this is clear otherwise the water can run over inside the RV. Aare you getting the condensate running out on the roof?

Thanks TXiceman for the reply. Water is outside on the roof as well. Dealer first suspected drain issue and supposedly ruled that out on the first visit. It is rented to folks who are travelling with it in California as I write. I may try to contact Thor for a referral to a shop that can accurately diagnose and fix it. It's been very trying for the nice people using my motorhome. Their description is that when you remove the A/C grid and look up, it is dripping from inside of A/C unit straight down to coach. It's hard to find time to stop your vacation for repairs.
