Have not noticed but I will check the next time I am at my RV.

Have not seen that. Are you sure it is entire slide or just the trim?

100% sure it is the slide. For it to be the trim. The trim would have to be loose. Everything is as solid as a rock. U can run fingers in the middle but not on either end. And it does not bow any more as it closes. What I can't check is the top.

100% sure it's the slide & not the trim . If it were the trim something would have to be loose. My thought is that if ones does not have a bow when it is out --for sure it wont have one when its in. Slide is one solid piece. On mine you can run your fingers in the middle but not on the ends. What I can't see is the top?

Do you have a laser pointer or something nearly as good to check the underside of the slide when it is out to see how far out of alignment? Hard to understand how all that metal could have a bow.

Just checked mine with slide in and rubber seal is firmly against side all the way across. Running my finger inside the seal I detect little difference.

Glad to see its not supposed to have a bow. Ha but was sure it should not. Thor say they don't see how it can be. They want to see it. Hard to do when I'm out west. Take it to them next month

Lippert , has an overrunning clutch in their 18-1 gear reduction, Venture and Tucon, slide drives. So the 3>5 sec is probably to make sure that the slide is fully in. They also have a plastic drive gear in them that has a part number, but only comes in a gear package for the Venture, at an unreal price, from Lippert. $173. , $52>$65 online elsewere.
JMHO. There has to be somewhere, that supplies this plastic gear by it's self , for a reasonable price. $12>$15. I guess it's time to post this.
