You don't give a lot of information as to your coach etc. but my first suspect would be the ATS. Pull the cover and look for burnt/'melted wires.

Must mean 100° rather than 100', although a 100 foot extension cord could cause problems too.

Is the thermostat turned on to "Cool?" Then are each of the zones turned on?

You say you lost all power but SOME 120v works (The Microwave and Televisions perhaps).
Fans, Lights and water pump not working? (All 12 volt)
A/C uses 12 volt for control as do water heater and fridge.
So if you loose 12 volt all 12v devices go down, including those 120 volt which use 12 volt controls.
Possible causes of 12 volt loss:
Circuit breaker (CONV)
Bad converter
Blown convrter fuse
Tripped manual reset circuit breaker
Shorted batteries
Batteries disconnected (Accidentally)
Other (Broken wire, bad connection etc)
I would shoot the 12 volt issue.
