High Pointe induction cooktop

Our cooktop has only 1 burner working. Error code indicates it is the fan not working, other burner works OK. Was wondering if anyone has removed the cooktop and how you did it. As far as I can tell it is not mechanically attached but utilizes and adhesive. I would have called Thor support but they are operating on a reduced staff and requests urgent matters only.
Thank You

It is held in place by double sticking tape all the way around.

I detached the glass top by inserting a thin bladed putty knife under it and working my way around.

Do not try to pry up on the corners as it may break the glass cooktop

Amazon and eBay both did have replacements or brands that would fit

We carry a single burner induction cook top along when needing two burners on high which works out well since you can run both on high unless you rewire it
