How do you tighten down the mirrors on a 2012 Derrano

How do you tighten down the main arm of the mirror housing on a 2012 34M? This is the main arm that mounts to the coach. When you drive down the road, the passenger side mirror vibrates in until you cannot adjust anymore with the electric motor. These "alien" looking mirrirs look to be all sealed and I cannot find out how to tighten them.

Should be a cap either on the bottom or the lower end of the arm. You can remove it and there should be an adjustment nut under that.
