Hurricane 34B driver window howling

Oh please everyone help. I don't know if I can take another day of this!

It is our first long trip with our new-to-us 2009 Hurricane 34B. We have had the distinct pleasure of crossing California and Arizona during red-flag wind conditions. I'm glad to say that the CHF handled the trucks and crosswinds. But the driver window didn't. At any crosswind, the driver window would howl. In the strong winds, it was so loud I couldn't hear the front seat passenger.

It's not the mirror, I read that yesterday. When I pushed on the inside (sliding) portion of the window, it would instantly silence. I checked the passenger window. Unlatching it would give the exact same noise. There is a gap between the fixed forward part of the window and the slider.

Pulled in tonight 50 miles early because I couldn't stand it any more. Looking at the window in detail, the bottom edge of the divider can move freely 1/2 inch. Even when shoved completely forward, the latch on the slider won't hit the notch on the divider. So I can't seal the window, and I think that is what is giving me the noise. It's not shown in the picture, but I can even see a small bright mark in the divider where I have tried repeatedly to push the latch.

How are these adjusted? Is there any way for me to get that divider to mover forward just 1/16" more and regain blessed peace and quiet?

The divider is in the middle of the picture:

Can't tell you how to move the divider but try a liberal dose of silicone spray on the window tracks, stopped the noise on my coach.

Could it just be gunk in the track stopping the window from closing all the way?
I'm imagining that the upright portion of the sliding window fits inside some sort of a seal when closed. Try running a flat screwdriver (or whatever fits) through that seal to see if there is anything stuck in there that needs to be dug out.

Noise

On our Winnebago, there were small drain holes in the track, they put small wedges in them and when they fell out, the noise was very loud.

Tried the above. The track is clear, lubricated, and the window slides easily. Did you know Roswell, New Mexico has a Walmart? They have black duct tape. Two layers of that on the outside stopped the wind from coming in. Much quieter. But the 2 window sections still rattle against each other. Now I just need a sign: "Go to other side, window won't open!"
