Hydraulic Fluid for 2006 Hurricane 34N

I have a 2006 Four Winds Hurricane 34N with Equalizer Jacks and three Slides and I can't seem to find out the correct Hydraulic fluid to use. One place I found says Dextron III and another says Mercon. Help?

I guess that if you have a Workhorse chassis use Dextron III. If you have a Ford chassis use Mercon.

Seriously, on my manual it states on page #7 to use Dextron III.

If this is your system too use Dextron III.

Thanks for ypur help. I was recently on a steep grade and while leveled with the jacks far out and the rooms extended, when I tried to retract the rooms they refused to come in. I thought maybe the fluid was too low with everything out so I retracted the jacks to get some fluid back in the resevoir and then the rooms retracted normally. I had been looking in the owners manual but when you told me to look in the Equalizer manual on page 7 I found it immediately. Thanks again, Ira
