Hydraulic jack issue

On our last trip after driving for one hour (while using inverter) I arrived at the campground. Pulled into spot and turn on the Jack control pad, I got a low voltage warning. Motor was still running. Fridge ran whole time with out a sound from inverter control. I plugged in the RV to 50amps and was able to lower jacks with out a issue. Any thoughts?

Have you taken voltage readings at the house and chassis batteries? I'd do it with shore cord unplugged and engine off for a couple of hours to be sure all surface charges have been absorbed. Then start the engine and take voltage readings to see if both battery groups show a charging voltage of 13.4v or greater. If both show the voltage increase, you know the battery isolation solenoid is connecting when a charging voltage is present. You could also check that all battery connections and grounds are clean and tight.
