TnT!

Thanks ... your posts were one of the many I cut and pasted and sent to the dealership prior to purchasing. Can't say thanks enough!

Nice pics and the coach looks very conventional! One question-Where do the motorcycles go? :-)

The layout is very interesting and spacious. I can see them interesting a lot of people who want a party patio but not wanting a toy hauler.

My only real complaint is they kept the tiny Outlaw bathroom instead of giving it a bit more space. Granted there is a half bath in the back off the patio.

So...the Orangepeel clan is in Pomona...right? I think I will make the trip during the week since the show goes through the 19th.

What did you think of the residential 'fridge...maybe fit in our Outlaws?

What did you think of the deck being higher off the ground than our Outlaws?

Do I see a step-down of the floor into the rear bedroom?

It looks like TMC kept the in-wall aircon up high on the driver's side rear wall...just like in the garage of the LS and MD...true?

Thanks for the photos

Yup, at the show in Pomona. If you do take some better pictures than mine! The show was very busy today so I had to snap quickly so I didn't block people.

The fridge in there is not a "residential" fridge IMHO. Most residential fridges I see in DPs are true residential size. If I were going to put this in non-RV terms I would call it an "apartment" size fridge. That said - if you can get one I think it is pretty close to being able to fit in the Outlaws we have now.

I didn't even notice if it was. I was more looking at it's size (it does seem smaller), the kitchen off the deck and the huge TV they put out there. Seriously, it was enormous for the space.

Yes. It also has a very nice ceiling with wood-like beams and an overhead fan. It also has a nice amount of storage on the TV wall opposite the bed.

Yes, looking back at my photos it seems to be in the same spot mine is in the garage of the 37LS.

I predict this model is going to be pretty popular because of the deck and how spacious it feels inside. All the comments I heard were positive and people saying what a great tailgating rig this would be.

Again my only initial beef with the 38RE is they stuck with the tiny bathroom. Seriously, I opened the door and said "are you kidding" out loud. IMHO they could have made it a bit bigger and not given up too much floor space.

They also did some nice minor touches. When you go look at the back of the bathroom and 1/2 bathroom doors - integrated towel racks that fold down. Just a tiny nuance that really helps make the model homey and livable.

My '15 came with the integrated towel racks. I thought they all came with them. The design is really cool.

I'm still undecided on to 38RE. It looks nice and spacious but I'm like everyone else - where do you put the toys???

Thor could of gave it a different name, like The Ultimate Tailgater, anything except the Outlaw.

One of Webster's definitions of out law is one that is unconventional or rebellious that fits the unconventional aspects of both the toy hauler and the tailgater so to me it should be included in the model. But then again I have a daybreak so who am I to say

We have been getting a terrible smell from our black tank (somewhat like sulfur) when we flush our toilet. I suspect the vent may be blocked or partially blocked not only because of the smell but also there is some hesitation in the draining of the gray tank recently. Does anyone know how the single vent pipe runs into the tanks?
