Has anyone insatlled a converotr yet? Do you need one for each TV if they are not Digital ready. Or can it go in front of the TV amp for all of the TV's.

If you want to watch different channels on different TV's then you will need multiple converters. You will be changing channels with the remote that comes with the converter as well so location can be important.
There is a lot of information on how you can and cannot install the converter as well as information on the analog pass through option that you should be looking for in a converter.
