Back on-topic...the Thor Motor Coach (TMC) factory service center is at 501 Ward St. in Wakarusa and accepts work on an appointment only basis:

I have only read rave reviews about work completed here.

Is there a direct line to schedule service or do you just have to go through the standard customer service line? There have been a few posts about people struggling to find someone that could actually schedule them into the service center.

Only the one number that I know of. How many times have you tried to get to a person that could schedule you?

For the factory service center:
Call Customer Service at 855-877-2867 or local 574-266-1111...ask for the Factory Service Center rep.
The rep there will schedule for the service center.
They are taking appointments for 12/2017 at this time if the coach is out of warranty.
I don't know about in-warranty appointments (maybe different?)
Best luck

Oops...my typo. GMAdams is correct about the toll free number.
It's on the "Contact Us page"

I still don't understand the reasoning behind 2 separate clubs and separating out diesel from gas. It comes across as being back in high school and the "popular" kids were in their own click. I hate seeing that mentality as it shouldn't matter how your rig is powered, it should be people sharing a love for travel and adventure in their motorhomes.

Your entitled to your own opinion, but that's the way it is! The Thor Motor home club and FMCA rally's should satisfy your travel and adventure stories.
I will not comment anymore as this is off topic of original thread subject.
Enjoy your travels
