Love the coach.
Our dealer is in San Diego. California has a weird little requirement for out of state buyers. If you want to avoid CA taxes it must be delivered outside the state. Our dealer agreed to transport to Las Vegas and meet us there. They sent a driver and a tech for the walk through.
Mostly minor problems but a couple larger issues.
The biggest issue was the plumbing. Water would not pump from the tank. City water connection worked fine. The tech worked on trying to fix it for a couple hours and determined the check valve was in backwards and lines were not plumbed properly.
The other issues were the auto level needed to be calibrated and the wood fascia around the kitchen area rubbed when extending and retracting the slide.
Everyone knows getting into a shop for repairs can take some time and Vegas is no different. We knew of a dealer in Pahrump, about 50 miles away from having repairs on our previous coach done there so we called them and they could get us in in a couple days so that's where we went.
As we made a turn in Pahrump the full fascia I mentioned fell off the wall. Luckily it did no damage but could have ripped the couch or broken tiles but didn't.
The dealer got all 3 of these issues done for us in just a couple hours. Very happy with them, from our previous visit and this one. It's the RV Superstore in Pahrump.

Our previous coach was a Tuscany XTE 36MQ. The Venetian G36 is much better in several ways, most notably in the power and handling. Big rigs passing by had no effect at all but our previous rig they did. Speed up mountains was easily maintained.
The exhaust brake on the Venetian is, all by itself sufficient to decrease speed even on a 7% downhill grade. I like that a lot.
Got home yesterday and all our equipment and stuff from the other coach was stored in our garage. We took very little with us as we flew to Vegas. When I went to put it all in the basement storage of the coach there is water in the pass through compartment. We did drive through some wet weather crossing a pass yesterday.
One other thing is after leaving Pahrump some time the step cover motor weakened to the point it will not raise up. I've heard the motors have had to be replaced on several Venetians.
Having a coach previously we had expectations of some things would need attention. Now I have a small list for our local dealer to address.
Overall I like the coach a lot.
