Louder horns for Thor Ace 29.2

I've purchased a set of PIAA for our 2014 ACE 29.2 thinking that the existing wiring would connect to the PIAAs. I was wrong. So, my question; where do I source power for the new horns and a relay; from the fuse panel under the dash or the battery control box in the engine bay?

If they are drawing that much current, I would run the power directly to the battery via a fuse (very very close to the battery) and then you can put the relay anywhere that fits.
