Macerator toilet

My Tuscany 45LT has two dometic 8700 masterflush Macerator toilets. I have the flush handle model so no wall mounted flush switch. But according to my booklet there is supposed to be a Dometic status panel mounted next to toilet that just has a Green light and red light. I looked around trying to find it and found the Control module buried away under my washer/dryer cabinet. i traced the wires from the toilet to the Module and other wires going to it, but I found three wires Yellow, Blue and red coming out of module but had been cut. This is in the half bath I haven yet been to the master bath to find anything yet.
My question is do I need to go buy a new status panel and figure how to hook it up?
I didn't have time to open the control module to look inside as it was in a terrible spot for me to even get at.
Being the second owner and it new to me, but it is also not the only wires I found that are just cut. In the wall behind my water cabinet, I found two wires cut just lying there, have no clue what it for but one has 12 Volts coming from it.
Its the little things that drive me nuts when people rig up a fix on these things but any help would be appreciated.

If the toilets flush then I would put the issue aside and worry about other stuff.

On our their are led indicator lights about half the size of a pencil tip eraser. Lights are usually green indicating black tank level is fine. At some point it goes red indicating time to purge tanks.

Both toilets flush. I would have guessed that it didn't really make a difference, but I needed to be sure if i let it go something might go wrong with them later down the road.
Thanks
