What kind of extended warranty do you have? what does it cover?

We didn't have one. Aria was 17 months old and three storage bays failed and were replaced for $15,000 and the transfer switch failed. Eventhough the damage started during the warranty period and was undetected, Thor would not stand behind the warranty because they weren't notified before the 12 month warranty expired. Happiest day of 25 years of RVing was when we traded at 18 months old for a new Tiffin.

My "must haves" pertain to getting there, mobility while there, getting back home.
Top five items, some may not apply to your model:

1. Good towbar , braking system, and toad.
2. Rear track bar
3. Steering stabilizer
4. TPMS
5. Dual GPS systems

Likely to add magnetic sunshades soon, as others have posted.

The gear you will want is greatly impacted by what activities and type of camping you like to do.

There is a very low mileage 42GX for sale on the Thor Motor Home Website. 42GX came out to be our choice based on the check list and after looking at a huge number of MH's. Look at the 42GX list of standard equipment and that was all in our must haves. Side radiator wasn't in the list as the shop will maintain ours and the extra storage made it perfect. We have room to spare in the basement and in the coach.
