Hello bought a 2000 Hurricane THOR and was running great then it just died. We saw it had a loose wire going to chassis battery red wire. Couldn’t get it tight so got a replacement screw and nut ran fine for a day then wouldn’t start again. Changed all the back up batteries and chassis battery all new switched the terminal ends out all new connections. Had 2 different mechanics look at it. Tested all sorts of stuff came to the point where it seemed like it was the battery control box. Can’t get the whole box but still can order the relay switch inside and the mother board got both brand new installed nothing still won’t start.
I forgot to mention when we bypassed the control box we can get it to stsrt right up.
So we are thinking it might be a turn off switch thst Ford and Chevy put on these workhorses in the early 2000s but so far can’t find one. And or possibly this one other part in the control box but we need the schematics to help us check on some other ideas as well.
If anyone can point me in right direction man would it be appreciated we are gonna be using this for work and have missed two venues already waiting for it to be fixed.

Yes its a workhorse chassis made by Chevy it’s a 2000 Hurricane Thor RV. OUR Battery Control Box looks a little different it’s plastic I’ll include pics but maybe it’s the same on the inside I’ll take a good look thanks for info.
Most of the info in my previous post , is about the BCC as installed in National built coaches .
I didn't go through the manufactures site to see if there was a section on Thor coaches .
One thing of note from looking at your pictures , the wire ( yellow arrow ) and the connector ( yellow box ) do not appear to be original .
The wire , because of it's routing , the connector being blue , is for use on a smaller wire than what it's connected to .
Both these little issues , point to someone working on problems in the BCC before .
