overhead bed

I have a 2018 Thor Vegas 25.5 Class A that I just bought. It is in excellent condition with only 16000 miles. However I lowered the electronic bed over the cab and it appears that it won't go back up. The motor on the drivers sideseems to engage and wants to go up while the motor on the passenger side seems stuck. Any suggestions on how to get the bed back up? I can't drive it to an RV service center while the bed is down. I'm in a pickle. Any advise is greatly appreciated I'm a newbie to RVing.

Thanks

Steven

Is the bunk all the way down? Is it level or on an angle?

The controller on my ACE and Miramar were/are in the overhead cabinet above the drivers seat. The controller may be giving you a fault code.

One motor is "stuck", does that mean it attempts to raise or does nothing (no sound).

If the bunk gets out of level the controller will shut down one or both of the motors.

Have the locking pins been removed?

Smile thank you

Thank you for all the suggestions. I did some exhaustive troubleshooting and wire tracing. What I found was one of the connections had pulled apart just enough to make the motor on the passenger side stop working. Once I pushed it back together and re-taped the connections together I had lift up! LOL Nasa would have been proud. Again many thanks for the check points.
