I'll get a picture of it tomorrow . Get my grandson to put it on here later tomorrow . I'm very technology challenged. Ha. Plug is attached with two self tapping screws. I took it off and cut the mounting plate off. Moved the bracket up & I think around or upside down and welded it back to same plate. Used all the same parts & reattached to above & behind hitch & reattached with same two screws

after that i moved it and made sure the suspensions was at correct height

I dragged mine yesterday going into a Thor dealer of all places! I noticed that on a new Palazzo 33.2 they have that it is not mounted on the bottom of the hitch anymore but even with the hitch.

My measurement was to the lowest part of my hitch. Apparently my plug was mounted in a different place from the factory than yours so it would not be as easy to tear off. Measuring to the bottom of your hitch, do you now have closer to the 14.5" of ground clearance?

I did not have a towbar until this week so had not paid much attention to the connector. As I went to connect the the electrical I noticed the connector pulled out a bit from the housing and a small rock was wedged in the crack. SO it looks like at some point it dragged slightly but no idea when or where.

I don't have welding capability so looks like I will re-mount it on the back side of the hitch. Thanks for the pictures.

I've installed steel hitch rollers, so now when I come across dips and low driveways the rollers take the blunt of the dragging.

Before I installed them, I measured all four side wheel wells and they are the same height. (38.5") The hitch is 14.75" from the ground.

The coach has been in storage and the shop (slide issues) most of the time, so I haven't had any real seat time. But taking the coach back to the shop this last time, I notice the front also drags in low driveways. I measured the the front to the ground and it is at 10.5".

Can some of you with the 33.2 measure the same and let me know what you have?

Also, do any of you notice dragging the front and rear of our 33.2's?

What kind of slide issue did you have? We have a popping and cracking when the slide moves in or out and it is not flush on all sides when retracked.

Ours is stalling out; going out and coming back in. This is the second time in for the same issue. Make sure you contact Thor, your dealer, and lippert before your warranty runs out.

Are you having any dragging/scraping issues?

Just got home from Thor today. My large slide 33.2 was lazy & one end was always a couple inches behind. Thor worked on it and cut the floor deeper where the plumbing is. The lack of clearance was causing the floor to stop short. I don't really understand this but for sure it works now. They installed a new controller & one new motor. They had it two days but I had it each night. They have several 50 amp hook ups. NOW while there they did a total check on the RV fixing anything they could find--loose screws, slide awnings tightened, main awning tightened, LP pressure tested, water pressure tested, sealed motor area better. They even detailed inside of coach. Plastic on the seats & floor--even put carpet strips on entry steps! For sure slide works now & I'm 100% satisfied I even stayed an extra day to get steering stabilizer put on at another location. They kept me informed & really treated me like they cared. Great employees!!
