What switches did you pull? Did you pull any of the chassis fuses? By parking lights, do you mean all the ICC lights, or just the two lights in front? I'd check to see if you have a switch on the dash, usually a momentary contact switch, to flash lights when passing or being passed. If you don't have that switch, I'd check the light switch and see if it's not working properly.

Try looking at the other end, a short circuit, or intentional jumper wire, between a live wire and the parking light circuit will do the same thing.

With a TT or 5'er you see the jumper when you try to plug in, on a driveable you may not find it unless you're really looking.

You might check the trailer connection at the back of the RV. If a wire is going to accidentally cross connect, that might be the place. Also check near any additional wiring or items added by a previous owner.

On our '08 how and why I don't know, but our converter went bad. One symptom was the parking lights would stay on anytime we were hooked up to shore power.
