Poor Build Quality
I do not like to talk about any product or people but I purchased a 2015 Thor Vegas. I loved the size and everything about it new. It was a short period that it turned into a nightmare with no help from Thor. Totally disgusted. Enough said.

Sorry to hear that. We have a Winnebago and we have had some problems. Like the cabinet over the drivers head started to fall of the wall, the bed foundation collapse, the floor of the storage area under the bed collapsed, the slide lock over the dinette shifted and created a leak. There have been others. The difference is that Winnebago always tried to help and that made a difference. I typically ended up creating my own solutions but Winnebago always answered my calls and always provided me with information about the most detailed engineering aspects of the coach, including engineering drawings.
I think Winnebago could do a better job on a significant 10% of the implementation of the coach but I don't forget the 90% that has been no problem at all and the support we got on the rest.

There are a couple of current threads complaining about Newmar if that makes you feel any better. And they paid a lot more than you did.

When I have a problem with my motorhome and I’m feeling disgusted, I just go read the Newmar forum. Always someone there with the same problem that paid 8-10 times what I have in mine.

Is this something you recently bought or are you just getting around to complain about the build quality? If you recently bought this coach many of the problems you have encountered may be due to the way the previous owner maintained it or operated it.
Any coach 5 years old will have issues. Some long before they hit the five year old mark. Even bulldozers have breakdowns.

The brand that takes the best care of their Coach's, & their Customer's is TIFFIN! If ya buy one of theirs, ya can take it back to Red Bay, Alabama! They even have a team that works inside the build facility, that are allowed by the Company to work on Coach's, in their OFF time...Don't care if it's a 2012!
THOR took care of me and my 35M, for 12 month's but after that 12 months, ya better have good "mechanical ability" or a FAT WALLET, and lots of time to wait!

Wish I have bought a Tiffin!! My 2017 Hurricane has been in the shop multiple times and never less than a month. Latest issue is that I just found out the BIM60 which is the monitor which controls charging to your house and chassis batteries was wired incorrectly from the factory. Coach side and chassis side was reversed in the wiring. Thor is now ignoring me. Just replace fried chassis and coach batteries. Just took the first trip after correcting the wiring and found out the refrigerator will work on the batteries!!

I'm surprised a factory issue would take 3-4 years to surface. Usually appear in first few months. Design issues can take longer.
Does the BIM60 isolate your house and chassis batteries or have another function?

Your profile shows you have a 2019 Tiffin, How long have you had it and do you like it? Looks a little bigger than a Vegas.

The BIM 60 monitors the house and chassis batteries and isolates them when necessary. It allows connection when the motor is running so that house and chassis can charge from the alternator on the motor. That allows the 12 volt system items to run and not run down the battery without running the house generator. Prior to finding the bad wiring, I had to replace the relay and inline fuse on the emergency switch on dash. I had it in to a local generator shop to change the oil in my generator because I was bending my wrenches when I tried to change the oil filter. The batteries went dead while waiting a day at the shop to get to the change. The batteries have been going dead since I bought the motor home unless i keep it plugged in. Replacing the emergency start relay then made the storage switch work where the batteries could be turned off for storage. I never new it was not working, just that the batteries went down after a day or two.
As for the length of time it took to finally discover this, the first two years we had the RV it was in the shop at least eight months at various times, so the mileage is low. I do know as i said that on the last trip I did not have to run the generator to keep the refrigerator cold, and that now the storage mode actually turns off the lights in the motor home indicating it does something; did not do that before. The BIM 60 does a lot for the battery system and is made by Precision and I downloaded their info on it and the incorrect wiring would lead to a lot of the issues I have had.
