Refrigerator lock for Whirlpool refrigerator in 2014 Palazzo
Anyone know how to get the new refrigerator lock for the residential fridge on that Thor Palazzo units.

If it's a two door frig - look for a small threaded hole close to handle side in black space between doors. A threaded rod with a pretty big plastic head screws in and the large head overlaps both doors securing them.

If you are talking about the after market lock that some are using I think several have ordered it from Total Value RV in Elkhart Ind.

I had Thor send me one so I could get rid of that silly threaded rod and knob affair. The new one works fantastic. You can't tell in the picture, but when it's latched, it has a positive "lock" so that it won't come back open.

I have no idea. It didn't have any markings. I called Thor and this is what they sent.

I called Thor they told me to go to my dealer cw .that they don,t sell to owners just dealers. I have asked cw two times no luck

Total Value RV has them , they come in a 3in and 4in part#0315479, $7.41 plus shipping.

I spent some time this AM on their website trying to find the part with no luck. Just tired again. Nothing under that part # and when I search for refrig door locks (tried several versions of it) only had 2 items,one was a refrig thermometer/clock and the other a pin style lock that slipped into a hole in the door.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated!
In the meantime I have submitted a parts request Total Value RV parts department.

That is the part number they emailed me. I ordered mine yesterday, I even sent them the picture posted here to make sure I was getting the correct one.

bigdaddy5120 thanx for the update. I will be on the phone with them tomorrow AM and get one ordered. They did not reply to my parts request yet and we will be hitting the road for home in two weeks and i would like to have it by then.

Well I am glad you have yours. I am having an interesting time trying to get mine! I called Ashley Monday AM and she was very helpful. Took my info and said I would have it within a week.
She never asked for a billing address or zip but I figured she had all she needed so I thanked her and went on my way. I was surprised she had not asked for billing address but she did get the verification code so I let it go!
Next day I noted a charge had not been made against the card and I was concerned they had tried to call me due to a problem and we are ending a volunteer gig in mountains of NC where our cell signal is erratic. So I called Ashley and she assured me my order was in process and no problems!
So tonight still no charge related to this purchase and I really doubt they will send it without charging me first. And we will be leaving here late next week!
I guess I will call tomorrow and give her a new address and plan on propping the door closed again on our next leg of the trip!
