Remote key fob

We have a 2011 Crossroads Cruiser 305ES. A part of the Patriot package for us was a remote key fob that would open and close the slides remotely. I accidentally dropped it and the remote no longer works. It still operates the scare light so we know the battery is still working. I am hoping that it just needs to be reset with the receiver. Here is where the problem is (except for being in trouble for dropping it in the first place. . ). We CANNOT FIND THE RECEIVER to press the rest button. Anyone have an idea of where they might have put it in the camper??? We have looked everywhere we know to look. Also called our dealer; he didn't know so gave us a phone number to the factory. Called them and they could not tell us, although they are still trying to figure it out. Thought maybe you all, the true experts might know.

Thanks for your help in advance!

Virginia,

I am not familiar with that product, but if you haven't already done so you might try removing the battery, waiting for awhile, then re-installing to see if it "re-boots" itself.

Just a thought.
