Removing kitchen backsplash

I want to add a receptacle near / over the stove. How difficult is it to remove this backsplash? The RV is a 2017 Thor Outlaw 38RE.

It is most likely just glued. Ours fell off and I just put some more construction adhesive on it.

Like Mnoel said.

If the outlet you want to install is on an exterior wall it could be difficult. 2” thick solid filled wall. Can you surface mount it next to the tile?
