Replace/repair microwave

For the last year or so my microwave refuses to work after enduring a road trip. To make it work, I rotate the table, try it, repeat until it works. The light always goes on but no rotation or microwave operation. It usually works thereafter until another road trip. However, I just tried it when I ran my generator in storage and couldn’t make it work. Is it repairable?

Yes, it probably is cheaper to replace it but.....you know how most of us are, repair it.
The owners manual states:

Sunbeam
1.2 cu ft countertop microwave
Models: SB23300

Google brand, model and problem! There is some pretty good trouble shooting guides out there. I've fixed a couple of them using them!
