Replacing small LEDs around headlights, THOR AXIS

I have a just purchased 2018 Thor Axis 25.2, and some of the daytime small LEDs around the headlights are out. Does anyone have a source, part number or advice on changing these? I haven't crawled under yet to see how they are held in or wired.

Did you ever get these replaced? I need to replace one of them. How did you do it? K.
