Roof billows while parked

1st time RV'er here. Just bought a 1997 Four Winds, good condition, class c. Brought it home, turned on AC and got out to walk around it for a good look. Noticed the roof membrane had a huge billow about 36" across, maybe 12" high, directly in front of the AC. Turned off the AC , billow went down. Where could air be getting to this? It's obviously coming from the AC, but how? Since this means the membrane is not glued down in this area, I need to repair it. I was thinking to slit an X over the area, reglue, top with eternabond tape and dicor. Is this ok?

Sounds like the roof plywood is either missing or rotted in that area letting the air blow up the membrane

Really needs to be fixed internally as well. Most likely the roof membrane blows up with the wind/vacuum going down the road as well. not uncommon at all as many other RV's do dthe same thing with rubber roofs
