Seriously Considering Challenger 37TB.

Had a fender bender with our current Georgetown 351. Have the opportunity to buy a Challenger 37 TB that looks like a great floor plan at a very competitive price.

We like the looks of multi-use bunk beds, the front bunk, 1 1/2 bath and washer/dryer.

Now the problem: I've been reading the comments on this site about the Challenger and even more about Thor. Wow - not good. My current V10 gasser runs well, a couple of design issues but overall no major problems.

Heard similar comments about Forest River but experience tells us that they really are helpful.

So how about - anyone out there that came good things about Challengers or Thor?

We have a Challenger 37GT. Haven't had a chance to use it much yet due to weather. Haven't seen any problems like I read. It seems most of the complaints I've read are from people that don't own a Thor product. Also it seems all manufacturers have issues.

We just upgraded from a Thor windsport to a challenger. Thor has a superior chassis in this class. Also the mechanicals and construction are the same as the diesel pushers. As they are built in the same factory. This is the reason we went with Thor because good bones are important. The interior finishes are not at par with the diesel pushers but neither is the price. We are super happy with ours!!

we purchased our challenger gt new in 2013 so far after 12000 miles we have had no issues. My opinion thor gets a bad rap from people that dont know. Would not think a second about buying another one.
