Serrano 31x

Hello, I have been trying to locate my Fresh water tank drain. Followed the direction in manual got to outside shower turn everything on and water came out very slow which lead me to believe that there is a valve somewhere else to drain the tank. I was told to look behind the dummy cover under the closets but there is nothing there. Looked under the bed and everything under there is carpet. I just don't know where this drain could be or I really just don't know how to drain my tank. LOL

Can someone please help me with this problem. I have a bumper pull travel trailer and the drain is right up under the camper so I found it easily but this Serrano is giving me the blues.

The valve is located below the drawers in the bed room. You have to remove the bottom drawer and you will see the water pump and a large group of wires. If you look past the wires you should see 2 valves. One will exit from the water tank and the other end will pass through the floor. The second valve is used in winterizing.

OK after a search in the haystack. I finally found out how to drain the fresh water tank in my 2011 Serrano 31x. Go to the passenger side rear storage compartment and look on the right wall there you will find a cover that has 4 screws the screws have plastic caps over them so you have to pop them off with a flat head screwdriver. Once you remove cover you will have access to the drain valve, water pump, and anything else that you can find in there. If you pull the drawer out and try to access that way you will find it very hard to reach down and turn the valve unless you have a small frame with long arms. I hope this will be able to help someone that has been on this search.

Thanks Joe. I will check my 31x to see if I have the panel. I removed the snap on panel under the drawer and actually using a router opened a square hole to access the valves and pump.
