Side wall bubbles

Does anyone else have bubbles or blister on the side walls. I have a 2005 Chateau "C". It seems to be getting worst over time. I think it is delamination . It looks awful. Not sure how it can be fixed short of replacing the panels

It sounds like delamination, which is when water gets behind the fiberglass outer layer and swells the plywood layer behind it. There are various strategies folks have tried, drilling holes in the bubbles, injecting epoxy or glue and using pressure to flatten the bubble. Then the hole has to be patched and gelcoat repaired.

The only sure remedy is to replace the panels, a very expensive job. You could make sure all openings are caulked to prevent further water entry, but it doesn't cure the problem.
