Slide stuck in

We have two slides on our Quantum LH26. Got to the site tonight and one went right out. The other won’t even try - no click, no whine, nothing.

Found a “troubleshooting guide” in our manuals and there is a page called “Slide stuck in (dealer only)”. I decided I would try it anyways. It says to find the controller, press the Mode button quickly 6 times and then hold for about 5 seconds, and the red and green LEDs should start flashing. Then you have overridden the controller and you can operate the slide. Nope - LEDs don’t flash. Tried it a couple times.

Any suggestions?!!

TIA

Mine was dead too. Fuse box connector was not properly crimped and became intermittent and then totally dead.

Had a emergency tech guy use a 18volt power tool, battery on mine and alternately bumped each side in. He jumped wires from battery to wires using those that were were plugged into controller. He unplugged wires from controller and so was wired directly to motor. He didn't want to run that much voltage through controller for fear of buning it out.
