Billy, who makes your landing jacks? Fourwinds uses a few differant companies.HWH, Equalizer, etc. Jacks and room slides are "usually" associated together as they share the same pump. The room extension are hidden ,but not impossible to get at to repair.

Hi Billyb Just joined the forum. I have a Four Winds 31 P and the slide is a Lippert Embedded Rack Slideout System. It is a rack and pinion style slide
system. Utilizing a bi-directional electric motor to actuate the drive shaft, the
slideout room is extended and retracted from the same source. Lippert is in Naples Florida if that is the one you have>

hi cliff, my slides are both hydraulic, and the bedroom slide is a rack and pinion style. i have been having a lot of loud sqeeking noise from the bedroom slide and i just solved the problem by adding some felt chair leg pads to the top of the bed structure as the slide was rubbing badly on it.
