Techma Toilet problem

My 2014 Tuscany has 2 techma toilets. One works fine, but the one in the middle of the RV always show full. I found that the sensors which are on the outside of the tank were not connected to the tank. It doesn't matter where I put them the light stays red. That means in order to flush the toilet I have to hold the button down for about 10 seconds for it to override the red warning signal. My question, is there any way to disable this alarm so I can use the toilet without the warning signal?

I had the same problem with my 2016 Tuscany with the Techma toilet that has the sensors. I duct taped the sensors to the left side of the black tank (1 sensor mid way up, the other near the top of the tank, make sure the red sticker on the sensor is on the tape side) and the issue was resolved.
