Thor 34E Shower leak
Hello all, I have a shower leak going on with the THOR 34E, I pulled the access panel and can see the drain on the back side but cannot access. Clearly the leak is at the drain to the p-trap, looks broken. I'm thinking that I can access this from under the rig by removing the storage box. It would seem to be a simple repair from there. Any suggestions on removing that box? I've started on it but seems to be quite the job removing it, must be glued in? I would love to hear from someone that has done this...any suggestions would be much appreciated!

I thinking 2013-2015 Hurricane? My ACE had an access to the ptrap framed in to the floor. it was accessible by cutting an opening in the bottom board in the wheel well. I contacted Thor and they sent me the floor framing which showed the access location. Yours looks a little more complex. If you knew the location of the floor frame out (if there is one), maybe you could cut through the top of the storage bin and the bottom board to access the trap. Then install an access cover over the hole when finished.
The access hole on mine was very small, like 8" by 8" or maybe 10" by 10". Was not easy to work through to repair trap. While you are at it, you may want to add support to the shower pan around the drain. Stepping near the drain in the shower can cause flexing and damage the drain lines. I glued blocks/shims around the drain on mine.

Same problem with my Sea Breeze, cut access hole from bedroom, ordered whole trap assembly off of Amazon, will install " support " under " p " trap, and tub. I have the proper tool to remove the basket strainer, you can use a pair of needle nose pliers also, stick them down the drain, hold them tight, have someone unscrew the nut from underneath, use plumbers putty to install the new one, I also apply either tape or " dope " on all my " screw on fittings ", used high powered fan to completely dry floor from leaking water.

2014 Thor 34e shower drain.
Thank you all. 2014 Thor Hurricane 34e, previously I had a 2005 National Seabreeze 1321. I ended up removing the storage box underneath the shower to gain access to the p-trap, very tight access to the drain but enough, i think. Removed the p-trap, I don't see any cracks in it, the connection to the drain seemed to come off easy though. I sure would have liked to see something obvious. So, currently sourcing replacement parts, new seals and we will be getting it back together and tested. I think adding support around the shower drain is a good one, thanks.

Mine was repaired at the dealership. They removed the whole shower. They used the flexable drainage for the shower because when showering I was actually standing on the piping and p-trap, which is so stupid of a setup. When I got it back I cut pieces of white foam blocks that you get in packages and reinforced under the shower pan. I was able to reach the foam blocks thru the small access panel and it is easy to cut and work with and it has worked great. My shower pan doesn't move when I shower. very sturdy and lightweight.
