Thor ACE camera doesn't work with blinkers

My 2013 Thor ACE rear camera works great unless I use either blinker, then the screen says 'no signal' and the radio goes off, too. Mine doesn't have the side camera option. It would be handy to check the screen when making a sharp turn (or when changing lanes) to check for tailgaters. Any ideas?
Thanks, Harry

Sounds like Camera 2 and Camera 3 inputs are being triggered by the turn signals. You could try pulling the radio, moving the wire from Camera 1 to Camera2 or 3 input and see if the screen displays with a turn signal active.

Another thought: Push the Menu button and scroll down to Camera Setup. For each camera input my Jensen radio has choices of Normal, Mirror and Skipped. Maybe you need to set Cameras 2 and 3 to Skipped. I do have side cameras on my MH so the selection is Normal.

Lots of good suggestions....I'm not near HaRVey right now. I'll try the software first and if that doesn't work I'll pull the radio out.
Thanks all.

Jensen Camera display/radio fail

Called Jensen factory re model JRV212T failure. Pulled unit, found 12V, Gnd OK at connector. 12Vacc and 12vBatt both ON all time (not switched by ignition, nor by rv 'store/use' switch. Only after cooling unit (it was very hot, esp for a cool day in hill country ~ 50F.) - the radio/cameras all worked. even the on-off switch, which generally did nothing when pressed. Problem #1 - unit should withstand very mild temperatures, - what would it do in normal summer heat??? Problem#2 - is connector wired properly (12vACC not switched- haven't tried to disassemble whole rv to trace wiring need THOR's ACE assistance more than likely). a few hours later - all while parked, using none of system, dead screen again!!! Reset does'nt. pulled connector, left all night to cool; plugged in this am; STATIC only on radio, cameras don't work; all voltages normal (shore power). Very unreliable unit. Will call Jensen again Monday AM - banker's hours on support line, like all RV industry - are you listening, Thor - When customer is traveling, it's most likely a weekend and evening when TRUE experts are needed to fix equipment problem, not just m-f, 9-5. Greatly disappointed, traveling w/o cameras, NO support anywhere. I'm a ret'd Electronics engineer, so know how to debug systems (with documentation/tools/equip; none at hand or available on 'off hours'; also have trucked, so 'getting there' isn't issue, its a NEW vehicle i'm learning, and it's crapped out already! ??

Jensen Monitor/radio Support - rec'd replacement

Update- Jensen ASA shipped replacement unit, installed and works fine, Thanks!! Comment: Usability could be improved - as In ACE, and likely many dash setups, the display angle is not adjustable - driver has to look down and glance over to middle of console. Jensen or Forum - Any suggestions on 'gimbled' or adjustable mounting? Searching online, no luck. Considering adding bluetooth capability, using Ipad as large, adjustable monitor.
