We like them, too. It came that way, but we like the chrome. I am willing to bet that Velvac Mirrors would sell you the chrome housing if you like it enough to replace it!

Good Luck with your new coach. We are enjoying our 2012 29.2 right now on the Florida Gulf coast and will be meandering west, then north, over the next 9 months on our way to Alaska. We have about 18,000 miles on the coach now and are very happy with our 1st RV.

We also are struggling with snow here in northern MI. We're planning to leave Sunday and have just finished deicing the steep access to the road--getting only half way up is NOT a good thing!
Photo was taken at Wilderness State Park in the 'tip of the mitt' last fall.

It is a mistake to allow any mechanical object to realize that you are in a hurry.

Mounting tv in bedroom thor ace 29.2
Hi Everyone
anyone have experience mounting a tv in bedroom of Thor Ace 29.2. I see the outlet and electrical in the ceiling but was concerned on mounting directly to the wall as the shower is directly behind
thanks for any advice

I would post your question in Ace mods/ upgrades. That is where we get together and and talk about drilling holes in the wall! Mine came with the tv up in the right hand corner and will check where it is mounted.

ours came with the tv mounted in the bedroom corner. One bracket is on the shower wall and the other on the wall above the window. The tv spans the entire corner to the sliding door.

Here is my rig at the Nascar event in Vegas this past weekend. Camped in the infield, turn 4. This was Wednesday noon, by Thursday morning it was packed.

Definitely on my list of things to do, we live about 2 hours from MIS and been to a couple of races. Haven't camped out there yet, I looked into it but the price for camping was outrageous!

Our spot 4 rows from the track was $900.00, my spot next year is up agains the fence in turn 3 and that ran me $1,500.00. It comes with a lot of other stuff too.
Walking the infield all those days we were there I did see 4 other A.C.E. RVs out there.
