Thor Four Winds Auto Leveler throwing breaker?

Hello all,

Purchased a 2015 Four Winds 31W this summer... and are very happy with it. We spent three weeks in Oregon camping ... and while we found several minor problems, the dealer was responsive and fixed all... except this one:

When we stop at a campsite that is out of level... and the auto level has to lift one end (front or back) to near the end of its travel.... (meaning front wheels off the ground).... it will stop, kick the breaker, and give a low voltage error message.

The first time it took a call to Thor's support folks to find the breaker under the coach and reset it, which fixes the problem. It happened 3-4 times during the vacation, and once on my driveway at home.

I know that the levelers have a warning that says you're too far out of level to level the coach.... so I assume that if that warning doesn't go off... it should be able to do the job, right?

The dealer was unable to replicate the problem (I suggested they put it on a driveway and try it- which they said they did) but I'm certain it will happen again.

Anyone else experience this problem? Ideas?

Had same problem on a Damon Daybreak. Motor was replaced also circuit breaker (even tried replacing 100 amp with 110 amp) and fluid was changed suspecting someone put wrong/thicker fluid in, also reved engine to get more amps from alternator. Still had problem. Coach battery died of old age and on replacing found one battery stud with shorter than normal threads. Replaced stud and no problems for 5,000 miles. So I can't say if it was battery or the stud. Recommend checking voltage at motor while operating jacks.
